For FHTM Representatives - Having your friends & family renew their cell phone contracts thru your website is one of the best ways to obtain your customer points! Many times people are available for upgrades and they don't even know it. If they are unsure of their eligibility, have them make a call to their cell carrier and ask. It is important for the customer to know ahead of time, because for most cell companies if they upgrade before they are eligible, they will take a $200 hit. If they are not available for the upgrade yet, see if you can't find out when they are available, and put it in your date book to call when that time approaches to remind them they can renew their service thru you. And remember, a phone MUST be purchased thru the Wireless Shop in order for you to get your customer points. If someone just renews the contract without purchasing hardware, you WILL NOT get credit for it.
